Terms of Service
Terms governing access to and use of ShowMySong.
This document is an operational starting point and must be reviewed with your company details, jurisdiction, providers, and counsel before accepting customers.
Using the service
You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your country and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure.
Do not use ShowMySong to create illegal, deceptive, abusive, sexually exploitative, or rights-infringing content, or to evade safety controls.
Your uploads and instructions
You retain the rights you already hold in audio, images, lyrics, prompts, and other material you upload. You grant ShowMySong a limited license to process that material only to provide, secure, and improve the service.
You must own the material or have permission to upload and process it. Do not upload private recordings or a person’s likeness without the rights and consent required by law.
Generated output
Subject to these terms and your plan, you may use generated output for your projects. Paid plans are intended to include commercial-use permission from ShowMySong, but that permission cannot grant rights in third-party music, lyrics, trademarks, likenesses, or other material you supplied.
AI output may be similar to content generated for others and may contain errors. Review every output before publication.
Credits, subscriptions, and cancellation
Credits measure access to generation work and may vary by duration, quality, or model. Monthly plan credits refresh according to the plan shown at checkout. Add-on credits and rollover rules will be shown before purchase.
Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can cancel future renewal at any time; access continues through the paid period unless a refund is required by law.
Service availability and liability
Generative services can fail, queue, or produce unusable results. Where practical, failed jobs will not be charged or credits will be restored.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without warranties that every output will meet your needs. Liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim, except where the law does not permit that limitation.
